Green Barks Search is partnering with an established international organisation to recruit an Operations & Customer Support Manager for its UK operation based in Birmingham.



This is a pivotal role within a growing business where you'll become the driving force behind the day-to-day operation of the UK office, acting as the key link between customers, installation partners and the European head office. You'll enjoy a varied position that combines operational management, customer support, project coordination and technical oversight, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine impact.


Working closely with colleagues across the UK and Europe, you'll coordinate installations, support customer projects, oversee service activities, monitor operational performance and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience from initial planning through to project completion. You'll also play an important role in identifying improvements, resolving issues and supporting the continued growth of the UK business.


We're looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded individual who enjoys taking ownership and building strong relationships. You'll have experience in operations, customer support, project coordination or technical administration, ideally within an engineering, technical, manufacturing or healthcare environment. Strong communication skills, excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
