Group Health & Safety Manager

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Health & Safety Manager to join a client who is a diversified construction and industrial business operating across Groundworks, Construction, Concrete, Haulage & Aggregates, Materials Handling, Bespoke Joinery and Waste Management & Recycling.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will take ownership of health, safety and wellbeing across multiple operating divisions, leading the development and implementation of a robust health and safety strategy that supports the continued growth of the business.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a proactive individual who can influence at all levels of the organisation. You will ensure compliance with legislation, maintain accreditations, lead audits and investigations, and drive a positive safety culture throughout the Group.

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification and a proven track record within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or a related sector.
