Are you ready to lead the way on-site? We’re looking for an experienced Earthworks Foreman to manage the day-to-day operations of earthworks activities on the HS2 project. You’ll be the go-to person for overseeing teams, equipment, and materials, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Safety First: Oversee health, safety, and environmental practices, ensuring compliance daily.
• Boost Efficiency: Work with supervisors to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Quality Control: Ensure construction methods and ITPs are followed for top-quality work.
• Material Management: Order and manage materials to keep the work flowing seamlessly.
• Team Performance: Provide key feedback and lead by example to keep the team on track.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in the industry, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of GPS machine guidance and Series 600 Specification for Highway Works.
• SMSTS qualification and CSCS Gold Card.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work with clients and team members professionally.

• CPCS plant qualifications and First Aid certification.
